If an item is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions

• Unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase (e.g. the e-mail receipt).

Write to info@jaelitno.com and we will send return instructions.

Refund

Once we receive the item, we refund you the same way you paid.

Wrong or damaged item

Let us know right after you receive it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
