Where do you deliver?
Across all of Slovenia, delivery takes between 4 and 7 business days.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days to return it. Write to info@jaelitno.com and we will send instructions. The item should be unworn and with tags.
When do I get my money back?
Once we receive the returned item, we refund you the same way you paid.
What if the item is faulty?
Let us know and we will replace it or refund you.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay.
